Organic One - Chardonnay 2006

A superb fruitful Australian Chardonnay with a characteristic rich aroma. This delicious Chardonnay has a full-bodied structure with complexity and a crisp, clean lingering finish.

"Clear and brilliant gold. A clean and beautiful nose with aromas of apple, quince and infused lemon, showing some depth and complexity. The palate is bright and clean, also with building depth and complexity. Citrus and pear up front leads to a finish of honey, clove and butterscotch."

This is an elegant Australian Shiraz impeccably balanced with vibrant berry fruit flavours and subtle spicy notes. As a full-bodied Australian Shiraz this wine is ready to drink now.

"Dark red with brown hues. This wine really pleased the panel with its complexity. An intense floral nose of roses and violets. Bright fruit flavours of plum and cherry with cinnamon and clove. A soft palate with freshly crushed cherry, blackberry and an array of spice and dried herbs. Excellent mouthfeel and good tannins."
